Black and white polka dot dress

Vintage inspired white dress with black polka dots. Fabric has a lace embossed texture as pictured. The waist is incredibly flattering how it’s sewn in panels and comes to an adorable flowy skirt. The back has a black zipper closure. The fabric is stretchy and this has tags removed but never worn! Waist measurement 16.5” Chest (armpit to arm pit 21” Shoulder to skirt edge 39.5”
