Black and white polka dot dress with collar

Black and white polka dot forever 21 dress with white collar. Very cute and fun. A dress with lots of personality. Has two ties in the back and zipper on the side. One button missing on the front though not super noticeable. And another button was sewn back on, the white thread in picture has been cut. Size small.
