Black and white polka dot express off shoulder dress M or L

This is vintage express! I’ve had this dress a long time and love it! It’s a polyester material and can be worn off shoulder or on the shoulder. 3/4 sleeves end with a tie bow and it’s shift style dress so very figure flattering. It says medium but it’s more like a large. Can be dressed up or down and classic style never goes out of style! I’m definitely obsess with polka dots!! Excellent used condition!!
