Black and white polka dot “layer” skirt with built in slip lining

I’m 5’3 and just covers the knee I pulled it up for high waist and can be above knee depends how you wear it high or low Side zipper cotton silk feel as it has a lining and a slip lining. Cute dressy and classy look , gently worn and washed two times but it’s not the right fit for me .
