Black and white polka dot ruffled sundress Merona size XXL

Super cute and easy sundress with an elastic neckline that allows you to wear it on or off the shoulder. It is open and easy and looks great belted (see photos - belt not included). I am a size 12/14 and love the fit even though it is a size or 2 bigger than I would normally wear - can fit a range!
