Black and white polka dot skirt

White House Black Market brand polka dot skirt in a size 00. It is made of polyester and lined with a shiny polyester slip. It was only worn once and would be so very cute with a little top and wedge sandals. It is in excellent condition. I wish I could still wear it myself .
