Black and white polka-dotted racer back dress with pockets!

Express studio summer dress! Ruffles, pockets, side zipper, key hole back. It’s beautiful on. I’ve worn it for work and to a wedding. Super versatile dress. Hits at my knees, I’m 5’1. Says it’s a size 8, but it really is more like a 4/6.
