Reversible skirt with stretchy jersey knit band (28 inches when laying flat). Skirt is a crepe type material. Bubble hem. Skirt is 20 inches long from the band. Would say it's roughly a medium. Almost new, only worn once. Cat and dog friendly home no smoking.
