Black and white romper

Super cute black and white floral embroidered romper / playsuit with off the shoulder ruffles. NWT, just doesn’t fit so I’ve never worn it. The back ties making it somewhat adjustable in width. I usually wear a medium but could tie it right when trying it on, it would also fit true to size for large tying it normally.
