Black and white sequin beaded vintage dress

Absolutely adorable semi formal vintage dress. Black satin adorned with black, grey, pearly white and chromatic rhinestones and sequins. The construction is made to look like two separate pieces, a top and a skirt, but the button down "top" is almost like a reverse cape attached at the shoulders. The front of the "skirt" portion is like a faux wrap - the slit goes up to the waist seam - quite risqué. Two areas that could be mended: the seam at the back base of the "top" and a split on the side seam (concealed completely by the "top") Measurements (taken flat): Pit to pit 18" (interior - no stretch) Waist 16" Shoulder to hem 43" Vintage size 10
