Black and white sleeveless dressy dress

This dress was only worn once. The top is black with a very pretty neckline, the skirt has a slip underneath, and the fabric is very "flowey"...much like a ballerina dress. The waist is a black and silver band with beautiful rhinestones. Great for a dressy occasion. Note: there is a very faint mark on the back of the dress (shown); however, it is NOT noticeable when wearing the dress due to the flowey nature of the skirt. There is also 1 rhinestone missing on the belt part.
