Black and white spotted tea-length dress

Made in Vietnam! Comes down to ankles. Has pockets and a tie/cinching at the waist. Well loved! Small tear on the inside upper back lining (not noticeable when you wear it). Very comfortable dress… can wear with sandals or cute white sneakers :)
