Black and white strapless cocktail dress

Classic black and white cocktail dress with ruffled strapless top and satin-looking bottom. Size 3/4. Complemented by a belt-like strip with a rhinestone buckle. There are a couple of minor makeup stains on the top (see close-up photos) but not very noticeable when wearing.
