Are these see through? Can they be dressed up and worn with a classic top do they run true to size I’m normally a 12 and need approx 31 inseam

@deborahhobby they are true to size...the material isn’t stretchy, but it does have an elastic waistband. They are a very light material...definitely for spring/summer. I believe you could dress it up or down.
