Black and white stripe tee with flutter sleeve!

This is a black and white striped top with 3/4 sleeve flutter detail. The material is mostly rayon and cotton, so it’s stretchy, thick, and very comfortable. It is extra long. It’s a small but can be worn as a medium too-just depends on how you like it to fit! It was bought from a boutique and has been worn no more than 3 times!
