Great black and white striped skirt from H&M. Measures 15" from waist to hem (at center front) and the waist measures 13 1/2" from side seam to side seam. Stretchy cotton fabric. Heavier than t-shirt material, but lighter than a sweatshirt. A good year-round skirt. Pair it with tights when it's chilly, and sandals mid-summer.
