Black and white striped cocktail dress

Adorable black & white striped cocktail dress from Soodee. Cotton/poly blend material is thick but breathable and falls perfectly without wrinkling. Pleating in skirt gives a slight flare for volume. Only worn 2-3 times. Has some light stains in underarm and around neck, only noticeable up close 17.5” chest 31” long Smoke free home Bought at a local boutique in Boston; can’t find original price, but most dresses retail for $200-300 Size tag fell off but I wore a S in those days
