Black and white striped dress with floral bottom

Flowy going out or daytime dress. Can be worn with or without removable straps for 2 different looks. Top is form fitted and has black and whites stripes. Bottom flows with red, gray and white flower like pattern. Like new, only worn once. Approx 28 1/2” length, 14 1/2” wide.
