The length are shoulder to hem 30 inches, around the chest It is 26 inches around the waist it’s approximately 26 inches and around the hem is 33 inches. It is unlined, but it doesn’t itch. It reminds me of Jean Paul Gaultier At least my daughters never complained, the one or two times they wore it.
