Black and white striped sweetheart neck mini dress

The dotted texture, and wide pleated front give this dress a really neat shape and appeal. The way the stripes come together to form the sweetheart neckline is so pretty. Thick enough where this isn’t see trough but light enough for even Southern summers. Love the look and feel of this dress, but never got a chance to wear it. Tags still on. The tag says large but it does run on the small size. It does have an elastic stretch in the top.
