Black and white tulle dress

This dress is absolutely beautiful and fun! It is a cream colored dress with black scallop design stripes down the dress. Stripes start a little closer together at the top and end further apart at the bottom. it’s a fully lined dress that is attached to the waist and then the chiffon/tulle just floats over it on the bottom half. there’s a button closure in the back. slight halter style, but not exaggerated too much. It’s from Anthropologie. It’s so fun and pretty!
