Black ankle boots with gold chain Velcro straps

Really cute designer dupe boots. These are the brand Forever that I purchased from a boutique. They are a black faux patent leather boot. The chain is attached to a Velcro strap that you can tighten and loosen around the ankle as much as you want. Never worn! Open to offers!
