Black ball gown

Beautiful black ball gown with white piping. Features a corset back and flowey chiffon "train". This dress has been worn once. The fabric on the halter is tearing a bit from being on the hanger, but the elastic in the halter is fine. Can be sewn back on . there is also a little discoloration under the arms on piping, I'm sure would come out with dry cleaning. All pictured. Open to reasonable offers!
