Black banded waist dress

This long sleeve dress is super flattering. It has a banded waist with ruched detailing, and is also elastic for that perfect fit. The front is cut down into a ballerina V-neck. The lower part of the dress swings very feminine when it is on. Gently worn in great condition. 96% rayon, 4% spandex. FLAT measurement; Shoulder to hem 35 inches Bust is 19 inches. Waist 16 inches (but has stretch as it is elastic)
