Black batwing wide bell sleeve y2k retro thick belted top

This shirt is in great condition amd could be dressed up or down! The only flaw is the tag is worn and there is lint on the shirt but that will come off. There are 2 belt loops but no belt is included. From a smoke free home...make an offer :)
