Black beach cover up

Black beach cover up with draw string waist and floaty sleeves. Light fabric, one size fits all. I am an XL/1X and 5’5” and when I loosely tie it at my waist I have plenty of room and it comes about 6”above my knee. Since it is a drawstring waist you can make it as tight or loose as you want and as short as you want. Never worn but I took the tags off when I purchased it last year.
