Black belt with large rhinestone accents

Shiny black belt with quite large rhinestone accents. Belt will adjust to several lengths but I don’t believe it was meant to cinch the waist. I wore at the very top of my hips with skirts and dresses. Not sure if the picture shows but it is a shiny black surface and has Velcro to hold the adjusted pieces together. The metal is a goldish silver so will go with either. In excellent condition.
