It’s a euro 38
For me- I have broad shoulders so I should’ve gotten a 40 but I probably did one of those things where you love it and buy too small. I’ll get the measurements to you

@justlanded i should have asked because you said shoulders. i sometimes wear a 6 or 8. last blazer i got fit great overall but shoulders were snug so when i lifted arms it was too snug. if its not too much to ask can you measure the shoulders? sorry i should have asked earlier.

It’s probably true to size
But because I have broad shoulders and bigger chest, it does that on me when I lift my arms unfortunately. In blouses for h & m I buy a 10 if that helps and they fit so in hindsight a 10 would work for me but when I bought this I don’t think I understood H & M ‘s sizing .. now I do 🤣
