Brand is Merona from Target. Super comfy blazer - not stiff at all, moves well with your body, has lots of stretch. 76% polyester, 20% rayon, 4% spandex. Has shoulder pads & faux pockets. Size small. Measurements taken laying flat: ~18.5” pit to pit. ~16” shoulder to shoulder ~24” tip of shoulder to end of sleeve. ~22” shoulder to hem In great preloved condition. Condition as pictured.
