Black blouse

I wore this shirt for a few months while I was a hostess but it is still very wearable. It was a wonderful shirt to wear. I got it as a gift. However I noticed there are these loops. I'm assuming it came with something to strap around. (See pictures above) But I don't know where it's at. But they are not that noticable when the shirt is on. You will have the front layers and then it's long because the side kinda scrunched up too. So it's still very cute. It's a size XS and from Charlotte Russe.
