Black and blue floral maxi dress worn twice. Has a high neck and the back looks exactly like the front neckline and ties together. Tie waist so you can adjust how it fits. Has a slit on one side and very flowing. There’s a lot of room in this dress so I say would fit a small and medium. 100% polyester and lined.
