Black broom skirt size 18/20

Cute black broom skirt with traditional tie waist....has the little silver "bell" on the end of the tie. Skirt is ankle length but very light weight so it's cool and breezy. I wore on vacation a couple times and am throwing in the tank top I wore with it. Top is XL but is also a very loose fit XL and the crinkle fabric looks great with the skirt!!
