Black bubble hem one-shoulder cocktail dress!

This is a SUPER comfortable and easy cocktail dress - great for a rehearsal dinner, or nice night out! The one shoulder is a tie from two straps, lined with a charcoal grey color to create some depth. Dress appears asymmetrical in the photo, but is a straight, bubble hem when worn. One shoulder is tied over the right shoulder.
