Black button down dress

Black collared short dress. Silver snap closure down the front. Marked size medium but fits more like a small or petite as the belt sits high and the buttons end a little too high for me (I'm 5'7"). Has some white marking on front near the pocket, please see photos. Can be styled more edgy or more casual.
