Black button down romper dress, size 3X

This black, collared button-down is a romper with a dress overlay. It has an elastic waist with a tie detail, and the sides are open-cut so you can see the shorts underneath when you walk, etc. The material is a gauzy style polyester and it’s brand new without tags from a boutique. It measures about 21” from underarm to underarm and about the 36” in length. The shorts have an inseam of about 3”. D8
