tbelle430 @ejoy1981 yes, I was an 18when I bought it and Talbots seems to run a bit snug, so I got the 20. Plus the W designates a bit more room. It’s made from a stretchy fabric, so holds it shape well, but looks crisp like a dress shirt should look. The neckline is beautiful
