Black button top dress

New with tags. square neckline. Has a side zip along with smocked side panels. Dress is a little snug on the top if you have a bigger chest. sleeves have buttons but not much room to roll up. Dress needs a wash before wearing. I think the dye of the dress gives it a weird (not bad) smell. It came to me that way.
