Black cape with white lining

Vintage black hooded cape with white lining. Velvet like material, but I'm sure it's polyester or some such. (ie. not real Velvet) Made by my mom. It is faded, and the lining is a tad discolored. Hand slits in sides. From back of neck to bottom is 44 inches. Seems to shed a bit
