Black classy dress NWT by Nicole miller

NWT I was wearing a tank top under it if you see the white straps it's not part of the dress.. I usually don't wear a 12 I usually wear somewhere between 4-6 but this was a little roomy on me. I think it would best fit someone 8-12 .. It's got stretch in it. It was my sisters dress and she is several sizes bigger than me. White spot on first pic is just another tag on the belt, not any damage.
