Beautiful cocktail dress from Rue 21. This elegant black dress a V cut back and front. The dress lays perfectly on your shoulders. The bottom is form fitting to show off your beautiful curves. Really soft and comfortable material. There's loops for a belt to enhance the hour glass look. The dress did not come with a belt. This has never been worn!
