Black cocktail dress

Beautiful simple yet elegant black dress could be used for prom, military ball or just a fancy outing. Comes right above the knee on me and I'm 5'2" . Has a sheer overlay and a satin fitted area for the girls:) fits true to size. I purchased from Macy's for $58 for a military ball and never got to wear it. Tags are still attatched. Make a reasonable offer I'd be happy to negotiate.
