Black cocktail dress

This beautiful cocktail dress is a Spanish style off the shoulder dress. It has 3/4 sleeves in an open weave design. The black pompoms are on the border of the flouncy fabric around the top. It has a tie belt with a bit of the open weave fabric and the pompoms.
