Black cocktail dress with belt

Waist 12” stretched flat. Armpit to armpit 17” stretched flat. Waist to hem 22”. Fabric is thick and belt is removable. Neck line goes straight across chest. Sleeveless. Great for gallery openings, cocktail hour, etc. just a little tight for me! Only work a few times. Says size 6 - fit when I was a 4 across the board in most brands. Zip up in back. Stitching creates nice fitted look.
