Black cocktail sparkle dress!

Black sparkle dress! This is a cocktail dress very classy and elegant. It has some defects. A lot of areas were the thread is coming apart. It has the tags attached. The dress is new has never been worn, just tried on and piled up in my closet which I'm guessing every time I pulled out something... that's how that came about. Anyway I purchased this dress for a charity event and ended up opting for something else.
