Black, cold-shoulder, turtle neck, dress

This black mini dress has a cold-shoulder cut out. It has only been worn twice. There is a tiny hole right below the neckline which can be easily fixed or sewed. The neckline is like a turtle-neck. I got this dress from a local boutique called Krush.
