Black collared high low dress

Cute blue/black/purple high low dress! Only been worn a handful of times, it's super cute with a pair of booties or sandals! It's very comfy and the skirt of it is nice and flowy. The design on the bottom is sort of a snakeskin pattern, but the colours are bold and beautiful! ? I'm always willing to negotiate prices
