Black cowl neck top

Such a simple piece that looks so elegant. Bought this at a boutique. The cowl neckline swoops a bit and adds just enough flare to this otherwise basic top. The straps are adjustable and the fit is a bit flowy. Looks great tucked into jeans or a skirt and can easily be dressed up or down :)
