Black cutout layered skirt by Cynthia Rowley

Very cool black on black skirt by Cynthia Rowley. Cut out and cording work on the top layer, lined in black underneath. The skirt is a true black on black, some of the photos look a little bit lighter. A couple of small marks, not noticeable when worn, see photos. Size 2. Waist approximately 12.5 inches flat. Approximately 18 inches long at center front. Super cute!
