Black detailed mini dress

One of my favorite black mini dresses! Beautiful detail at the top. The dress lays nicely for a slim but flowy look! The dress has a smooth thicker lining underneath and then a light, see through layer over the top. I love to pair this dress with heels to dress it up or cowboy boots and a jean jacket for a more casual look!
