debtupin @pandabunny81 , hi, i just want to make sure i understand the measurements. are they laying flat-side to side or are those the measurements all around the dress. my bust is 47". i also need the length please as i do not want it too short, i am 5'5". thank you, deb:) no hurry!

pandabunny81 @debtupin the measurement is all the way around. I don't have my handy dandy measuring tape but it sounds like we are similar in size and it comes an inch or 2 above my knees if that helps at all.
